Welcome to TableMaestro. By using our platform (hereinafter: “platform”, “service”, “we”) available at tablemaestro.rs and app.tablemaestro.rs, you accept these Terms of Service (hereinafter: “Terms”) in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, do not access or use the platform. By registering an account, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
TableMaestro is an internet platform for event organization, visual seating arrangement, guest management, RSVP confirmations, guest relationship maps, and table reservations for restaurants.
The platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We make no warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that results obtained from using the platform will be accurate, reliable, or in line with your expectations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any damages resulting from such changes.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials (email, password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We assume no liability for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these obligations.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice, and without any liability to you or third parties.
TableMaestro offers free trial periods and paid subscription plans. Prices, duration, and features of each plan are displayed on the pricing page and within the application.
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. TableMaestro does not store, process, or have access to your credit/debit card data. By using Lemon Squeezy, you accept their Terms of Service.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the billing period unless you cancel them before expiry. You can cancel through account settings within the application. You are responsible for timely cancellation; we will not be liable for missed cancellations.
Prices are subject to change. If your existing subscription price changes, you will be notified in advance.
All subscriptions are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia or Lemon Squeezy's policy. Free trial periods are intended for you to try the platform before purchase — after the trial period expires, charges are made automatically and we do not issue refunds for already charged periods.
If you believe you have a valid refund request, contact us. Each request is reviewed individually, but without any obligation to approve a refund.

We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these rules, without prior notice and without any obligation to refund paid amounts.
You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, input, or otherwise make available through the platform (“User Content”), including event data, guest information, table arrangements, photos, and any other material.
By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for its posting and use. We assume no liability for User Content, or for any loss or damage resulting from its use, deletion, modification, or unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to remove User Content that we determine violates these Terms or applicable regulations, without prior notice.
All elements of the platform — including but not limited to: source code, design, logos, text, graphics, software, databases, functionality, look and feel — constitute the exclusive intellectual property of TableMaestro and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform without our express written consent.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Use of the platform is solely at your own risk. We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the platform, its performance, availability, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TABLEMAESTRO, ITS OWNER, ADMINISTRATORS, ASSOCIATES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR AFFILIATED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
This limitation of liability applies to the broadest extent permitted by applicable law, whether liability is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or other grounds, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent a competent court finds this limitation of liability inapplicable, the total liability of TableMaestro for all claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for platform use in the last 12 months, or 0 (zero) if no payments were made.
You expressly acknowledge and accept that TableMaestro bears absolutely no liability for:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TableMaestro, its owner, administrators, associates, agents, and affiliated parties from and against all claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or connected to:
We may, at our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the platform, close your account, and/or delete your User Content, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, account inactivity, or commercial reasons.
We assume no liability to you or any third party for termination of access, account closure, or content deletion. In case of account closure due to Terms violation, we do not refund paid amounts.
The platform may contain links to third-party sites and services (Lemon Squeezy, Brevo, Google Analytics, etc.). These links are provided solely for informational purposes. We have no control over the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and assume no liability for them.
Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: force majeure, war, terrorism, insurrection, embargo, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, government measures, telecommunications outages, power failures, hacker attacks, DDoS attacks, equipment and third-party software failures.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unenforceable, or void by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that most closely reflects the original intent.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without application of conflict of laws rules.
All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved before the competent court in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. You expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of this court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Modified Terms take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is your sole responsibility to regularly review these Terms.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.
